Thank you for shopping at Str33t Records! We hope you love your vinyl records. However, we understand that occasionally, you may need to return or exchange an item. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

a. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and free from any signs of wear or damage.

b. The return period is 14 days from the date of purchase.

c. Return is only eligible for exchange or store credit. NO REFUNDS.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

a. Certain items are exempt from being returned due to their nature. These include opened or used vinyl records, gift cards, and downloadable products.

3. Return Process:

a. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at info@str33trecords.com within the return period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

b. Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.

c. We will review your request and respond with the RA number and further instructions for the return process.

4. Return Shipping:

a. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item).

b. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us.

5. Refunds:

a. NO REFUNDS. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status.

b. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange for store credit.

6. Exchanges:

a. We offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please call us at 626-656-6335 or email us at info@str33trecords.com.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

a. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@str33trecords.com.

b. We will guide you through the return process and offer a replacement or an exchange for store credit, including return shipping costs if applicable.

8. In-Store Returns:

a. If you made your purchase in-store at our Alhambra, CA location, please visit the store directly for assistance with returns and exchanges.
